You have to take a drug test to work at Wal Mart but not to run the country. A federal judge threw the law requiring drug testing welfare recipients in Florida out as unconstitutional but I find it NO different than having to take a drug test for work which I find unconstitutional. I don’t see anywhere in the constitution entitling you to government free money.
