That is a parents job right? I've met parents who think their kid can do no wrong and don't question otherwise, why? Because "they just know" some people are just too lazy to parent. I even still have siblings and friends in middle school. I agree with you on not testing drugs for middle schoolers. I've known kids to have done drugs in middle school, 8th graders and I think I'd only known one 7th. If you've ever been to Belvidere, it is very small. At least a day after something happens everyone seems to know about. in school I remmeber a 7th grader bragging about doing drugs.
